Project Initiation Refunds

  • Full refund available within 7 days if project hasn't started
  • 50% refund if project is in initial planning phase (within first 14 days)
  • Administrative fee may apply for refund processing

Ongoing Project Refunds

For projects in progress:

  • Refunds are prorated based on work completed
  • Unused development hours will be refunded
  • Completed and delivered work is non-refundable

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed and delivered development work
  • Third-party services or licenses purchased
  • Project planning and documentation
  • Training and consultation hours used

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your project details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our work quality:

  • Bug fixes are provided free of charge for 30 days after delivery
  • Major issues affecting functionality may qualify for partial refunds
  • Code quality issues will be addressed at no additional cost

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • We will work with you to resolve any issues
  • Independent code review can be arranged if necessary
  • Mediation services available for complex disputes
